Buying an 05 minicooper S stick
 

Car has 101,000 miles. Was wondering if I should be worried about the turbo needing to be rebuilt and how much it would cost? How do their transmissions hold up? Also what other mechanical/electrical problems I should be aware of. According to seller..car was maintained very well. Thanks in advance!

If you could get details on what service has been performed and when from the seller it would be possible to give you some information about what may due to be done.The manual transmissions are strong.(My 03 S has the same miles and I've had some things done.)Power steering pump started making noise at 98k had it replaced,post cat 02 sensor went bad so I replaced both(recommended@100k along with spark plugs).Anyway,more specifics would help.Great car,you'll love it.
