Recently got a 2009 Mini ..sitting in the car engine / Ign Off ... behind the dash is a clicking sound much like a printer makes happens regularly and lasts for 3 or 4 mins... any idea what it is or a potential problem ??? Thanks in advance.

I never found that caused the cause of the sound Sold the car it was costing me $600:00 every time I took it to the mini specialist front brakes back brake 2 fuel pumps I have never spent so much money on a car that was driven by my 19 yr old daughter locally and low milage trips .., great car but so disappointing….. my first car was a 1963 Mini in Australia.
