Head gasket

Hi, new to the forum.
In the process of having my 2020 plate Mini Cooper recovered to main dealer as it seems very much as though the head gasket has gone.
Only half a pint of water required to top up but white creamy substance under filler cap.
Only 7000 miles done.
Is this a issue with this model?
Interested to hear if so.
