Hi all, I have a few questions

I will be getting a mini cooper s in the next year to year and a half. Only problem (in my eyes) is the closest dealer to me is in Indianapolis, IN 94 miles from me. How far do you live from your closest mini dealer or bmw dealer if there the ones who would service your car?

We have bmw dealers here in Fort Wayne, IN but they don't sell minis...

Also I'm pretty new to the minis and was curious what the R50 53 52 56 and 55's were just revisions according to years?

Also I will be shoping for a 2007 or newer model, with xenon projectors and automatic trans. Wife dosn't want to drive a manual (incase she needs to drive the mini) and I'm starting to get tired of shifting. lol

Also I'm waiting that long (other then to pay of current car) is because I will be over 25.

P.S. How is the Insurance for you guys.

My dealer is 60 miles away ... My 05 has only been in for three services , no repairs so not really a problem IMO ...
The different R's are different vehicles The R50 is the standard cooper , The R53 the cooper S (supercharged),The R52 is the convertible, The R56 Is the New Cooper , R55 is the new Clubman

easily two hundred miles. bummer I can only hope that my 2006 s will be a very reliable vehicle. [&:]
