Default Newbie Help Needed - Service Engine w/codes

Bought my daughter a 2006 S Convertible for a graduation present. Car was super clean, 41k, seller seemed like a decent guy. On the first day the check engine light came on. Autozone read the codes: PO313 "misfire with low fuel" and PO302 "cylinder misfire condition" (probable causes - plugged or faulty injector, vacuum leak, engine mechanical condition). Based on the two codes, I am assuming a fuel injector problem.

I would appreciate any advice on confirming, resolving, and what it might cost to resolve.

Thanks in advance

Could also be that oil got into one of your cylinders and that's why one of them is misfiring.

Updated info - I bought a small bottle of Lucas fuel injector cleaner, filled the tank and added the cleaner. Didnt expect it to do anything, and maybe it didnt. I took the car out for the day runnjng errands, including about 20 miles on the highway. After several trips, upon starting the car, the light was out.

Any thoughts on whether this will be an intermittent problem, or ???

Thanks
