Rolling chassis value

looking for some knowledge. My brother in law has a 2007 mini with 160,xxx miles. Car is in good shape and has basically every option. Well the engine took a crap and he wants to sell the car as is. My question is what's rolling chassis worth, ballpark. Thanks
