VIN has incorrect information?

VIN has incorrect information?
I just put my 2010 MINI Cooper S up for sale. I noticed on the insurance card that based on the VIN it is listed as a JCP, which it is not. I did a VIN lookup online and it is also listed as a JCP with 208HP - I wish.
Anyone know how this could happen? Here is the VIN:
