2008 and 2009 mini cooper
 

Have to mini coopers a 2008 and a 2009 both are Cooper S models. They are driven occasionally. Both seem to have oil leaks in the exact same spot, near the front of the engine. Any ideas on what maybe leaking, anything that could be chronic in that part of the engine that people maybe aware of?

Any help would be appreciated.
