2009 Cooper R56 Error code CC-ID 036

Yesterday I get two error codes. CC-ID 131, which was a light going out and CC-ID 036. The description for 036 is "DSC/DTC Deactivated". What would possibly cause this to happen?

might be an ABS sensor. not sure which side.

Looks like it was a loose front wheel.
