2009 s: Lemon or not?

Hi. I wanted to post my issues with my Mini. At 5,000 miles MINI had my car for 19 days for a computer issue that took that long to resolve. They had to take apart my dash board and reconfigure the computer as the lights and turn signals were shorting out and I couldn't start the car. Then, at 21,000 miles, the check engine light came on and I had to have the fuel pump replaced. Then at 30,000 miles I had to have the complete valves cleaned and checked due to using "poor quality premium fuel". At that time my MINI dealership told me to use only top quality premium, I.e. shell with TECTRON or some type of "cleaner". So I complied. At 51,000 miles I took it in for a FULL REPLACEMENT of timing belt, timing chain and a "gunked up, track" causing everything to fall out of alignment. Once again, the MINI dealership blamed it this time on not using NON ETHANOL GAS. I wish I had a recorder because my tech adviser said, and I quote: Mini's arent made for American Gas". NO LIE. So after going around and around with the dealership. With a 3,100 dollar bill staring me in the face, they sort of did the right thing and made me only pay for labor, or 641.00. They said they would split the cost to help me. Mind you, it was only 100 miles out of warranty. I'm scared crapless now because I have a year left on my lease and am spending 4.29 a gallon on NON ETHANOL gas and driving to ONE gas station that has it. Is anyone else having these tech issues or have any suggestions to help me???
THanks.
