2014 Countryman won't warm up

Heya,

I've had my car back to the dealer twice for this and they assure me that everything is normal.

When it's cold out (-10C and colder) my heater will not warm up. If I leave the car running for 30 minutes, still freezing. When I drive 20 minutes to work, still cold but slowly getting warmer. When it's been extremely cold overnight (-20C and lower) I get a message about distribution of power which basically means that the car will decide where the power needs to be....which apparently means I only get enough heat to keep me alive...barely. If I start it warm (ie..it's been in a parkade) then it has no problem staying warm.

I drive a Chev vehicle as well and it warms up no problem in the same temperatures and if I leave it run for 30 mins? It's super toasty.

Does anyone else living in Northern climates have this issue? It's the best winter car for driving that I've ever had BUT I dread getting in to it in the mornings. Is it normal for me to drive for longer than 20 minutes to start getting even a tiny bit of heat?

Thank you in advance!!
