2016 Countryman S/Stuck hatch.
 

I’m baffled, hatch stuck, I’ve been searching internet, no help so far. Hatch doesn’t open at all, key or manual. I cannot figure out the meaning of the sign; does it relate to the hatch? Thanks to all
