All,

I own a 2003 Mini Cooper that will ALWAYS shock you when getting out of the car.

The shocks I can deal with, but since the car builds up a charge it becomes covered in dust after only a 1/2 mile drive.

Has anyone out there put a grounding strap underneath their Mini to solve this static problem? If so did it work....?

I used static guard spray on the interior seems to help with getting zapped getting in/out
Mine seems to not hold static outside . could be type of wax you use
