Whats goin on guys, (and Gals)

So, I am the proud new owner of a 2007 mini cooper. I love the car, but I cant get the bluetooth to work. Everything else on the car works great, but the bluetooth doesnt do anything. Could it be broken, is there somewhere I can get it turned on. It has the phone and mouth buttons on the steering wheel and another phone on the radio deck. I dont think they would put the buttons on and just not acticate it. I went to ehow.com and did what they said with nothin. I would love some feedback. Thank you for all of the future help on here. Again, it is the 2007, it has all the buttons, but nothing happens.
