Can a 2011 Mini Cooper 1.6l turbo engine fit in a base 2008 Mini Cooper?

Default Can a 2011 Mini Cooper 1.6l turbo engine fit in a base 2008 Mini Cooper?
Can anyone tell me if I can fit a 2011 1.6t turbo Mini Cooper engine in a 2008 Mini Cooper base and do I have to do some extra work besides swapping engines? First mini I owned not sure what parts can fit
