Cludoor won't open...
 

Newbie here. 08 Clubman S, kind of unusual beause it's about a year old, but has barely been used (only 1k). I don't think the Clubdoor has ever been opened, and it won't open now. I know the RF door must be open, but is there another trick that needs to be done? Or is there some sort of childlock or other feature that I'm missing? The handle appears to have normal resistance, but it won't open.
Also, my sunroof shade won't stay closed. Common problem, or easy fix? I'm sure they are both warranty items, but just wanted them to work! Thanks....
