Countrymen Repair question

2019 countrymen. Awd S. Leak in oil line in turbo and motor mount (1) needs replacing. Would a mechanics that’s not familiar with mini be able to fix these. The dealer is crazy expensive. The dealer told me $1600 for mount. Said will take 8 hours. Is that true! Advice please. The mechanic does work on BMW. Not so many minis.
