Hi,

I just bought an 08 cooper with sidewalk package. I didnt test all the buttons on the radio. but some of them stick really hard, or simply don't work. Will the dealer cover this repair. Im assuming the owner spilled soda or something and it caused it to stick. But it looks pretty clean,

There are several things date of purchase ? there is 3 year/36k warranty unsure on purchase date but if it is truly coke ect spilled they will likely say abuse

 

I bought the car last week. I havent gone to the dealership yet but I was told that i have a 50K warranty on it.

 

Mini factory was 3/36K bumper to bumper , I'm guessing the 50k is a used dealer warranty
