So...I am an almost 53 year old woman who just bought a 09 mini - love it! A month later the washer fluid only squirt out on the passenger side. I lifted the bonnet and see the little arm was just detached. Re-attached, and that subsequently dislodged the arm on the passenger side! Got my old stand-by, duct tape, and wrapped both sides. Alas, that didn't work. Any suggestions on how to insure that both arms stay in their socket?

#3 Cleaning System hose ( which has the little arms i think you are talking about ).

I would inspect those three piece but it looks like the hose with the arms need replaced.
