Good Mini Tech-- Washington DC/Baltimore area

Hi guys:

Wanted to know if anyone knew of a very good Mini tech in the area? I would prefer not going to the dealer, so i am looking for a startup independent Mini/BMW tech.

I live in Montgomery County, MD so it would be nice if your shop is here.
