Help with fixing scratches
 

Hi I have a blazing red with white mirror and roof 2015 Mini Cooper S. Unfortunately, after a strong wind some roof tiles fell from my apartment and fell on my mini roof. Uploaded are the images

I thought those brown streaks were soil but couldn't remove them with washing or claying. Scratches seem to be deep and white.
How do I fix the scratches from the white roof and also the black pillars, any recommendations?
Color seems to be aspen white 889 but don't know for pillar.
