help needed w/ dash gauge illumination
 

I am experiencing a nasty problem with the dash gauge illumination on a 2003 Mini Cooper. The "backlighting" for the speedometer numbers, the tachometer numbers and center console (window switches, etc.) do not work. The illumination for the odometer and the radio do work and are correctly controlled with the dash light dimmer switch.

Any experiences? Any help is greatly appreciated.
