just picked up a new 2007 convertible. laid the driver seat leanback all the way back and can't get it to readjust. manual says that will happen until seat is moved back to home position. manual has no explanation of that term. so the seat leanback is all the way back now and none of the adjusters work. have moved the seat back and forth to no avail. help greatly appreciated as we are still 12 hours from home.

 

Hi, I have the same thing with my passengers seat, I have NOT been able to fix it. One guy said he beat the crap out of it and that worked, but mine is still bust.

What is the solution???
