Default Installing Rally Lights

I've talked to my dealership and they said that they would install the rally lights for $650 which seems quite a large price to swallow. I found these online:

The one thing I like these for is that theres a switch to turn them on and off (which to my knowledge I don't think the factory ones come with). How easy are they to install? Is it worth attempting to install them?

I should probably add that I'm a computer guy :P I get by security systems for a living. So I understand wiring and the such but do you think I would be able to do it? I'd probably get a car guy to help me out.

Edit: Nevermind, the site seemed to be down for maintenance when I clicked the link. Thanks

I'm thinking that the quad rally lights look better then the dual ones. What do you guys think?

The other problem I have is that I found the quad ones for $500 but it's made for the 2002-2006 style coopers. Does anyone know of a place that sells them for my gen of the cooper S (in north america)?

I'd call Aaron at outmotoring and see if you can buy a second set of lights and mounting brackets , then wire them to a second relay
