I have a 2008 ClubmanS. Key fob locks side doors but will not lock back doors. Help!

Have you tried your second key?

Yes. I discovered (finally) that I have comfort access. After I lock the car and move away from the car (with the key fob) the back doors are locked. As long as the key fob is near the back doors, they will open for me even though I locked them. Make sense?:)
