Key fob programming?

Key fob programming?
I have a 2008 Mini Cooper Clubman S, I have two key fobs and neither of them work, I've replaced the batteries on both of them and they still don't work. I'm pretty sure I have to reprogram the keys but I can't find and guide how to do so, can any one help me?
