Question minor upgrades that help

I replaced my stock air filter with a K&N. I found acceleration to be more smooth. Also added a G Force chip. Anyone have experience with t? Is it my imagination or am I really getting a stronger pull on acceleration (2011 Cooper S). I‘d appreciate comments pro or con. Thanks

The K&N filter is a good upgrade. Don't know about g force chips. Never heard of them before.

What are you looking to do performance wise ?

trying to get a litle more zip out of that engine and maybe better gas mileage. This G force chip is supposed to monitor nand better control air fuel mixture to increase HP and MPG. Who knows. It wasn’t that expensive. Oddly what has helped it run better is putting 89 octane instead of 91. It was a mistake but Mini said not to worry unless I go below 89 octane
