Hello, very new forum member and MINI owner.

I've owned and restore a dozen old Mini's, but have just bought my son a 2005 Mini Cooper R50. great one owner car w/90k lots of extra options. The Navi system is not working. Screen is black no pixels nothing. Gas gauge works, other idiot lights work. Seller shared that the moonroof or window may have been left open and it rained, leading to some water on the floor boards. connectors did show some greenish corrosion but cleaned up well.

Can anyone lend guidence on how to test the system to see what part may be damaged, broken - can I get this repaired or find used replacement parts??

I've searched the forums and I could possibly have missed a similar thread - please point me in the right direction if I have.
