Oil pressure light
 

Hi guys

My name is Simon just joined the forum and recently just bought myself a 2005 mini cooper s. Love the car so far however recently I have had a oil pressure light come on. The light only appears when idle as soon as I touch the accelerator the light disappears. I have checked the oil and changed the oil with my Dad and checked for leaks which we can not find.

I did some research online and some people have had a same problem mentioning it might be the oil pressure switch?.

Just wondering if anybody knows anything about this issue and how to fix it?.
