hi , was very happy about decision of buying a cooper, 2 weeks old, start hearing a rattling snake sound from "engine area", took it to the dealer-after chek-up says intermediate level spring is broken, had to be replaced, and car was returned after 5 days-what do i think? is the problem big-now ride is great-but i dont want to switch on music-bcos i am scared i am gonna hear the sound again and car is going to have some big problem
