Default Quarter Window Chrome Trim Replacement

Easy question and hopefully an easy answer...
Before I destroy the new plastic clips and retainers for my quarter window trim piece, can someone tell me how to refit this correctly to the car or point me in the right direction to get instructional information. Thanks... Rich

Thanks , I believe you are talking about the rear quarter trim. This set right below the window on the body on the rear side glass. There is one for the left ( driver side ) and right ( passenger side ). They come new with the clips attached. As you can click on the link and see the pics.

These can be pressing and snapped into place on the seem between the glass and body. Line it up and then snap into place.

Thanks

Default Rear window trim

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to help my daughter with her 2010 Mini Cooper S. The rear window trim is partially detached from the rear window (or the body? not sure) and I'm afraid it will fall off one of these days.

Here are my questions:
- how to remove it without damaging the rear window and/
or the body?
- where to find a new one for purchase, any codes or part #?
- how to refit the new one?

Very new to this,
Thanks for helping

I believe the correct description of this is Rear window bottom molding
