R60 S A/C, cooling Fan and coolant all ceased same time

I have a 2011 Countryman S that I bought a couple months ago. Yes I’m new to Minis. Car gave me the graceful engine light on day two. Replaced the Thermostat and engine coolant temperature sensor a month ago. Finally got all warning lights off and taken care of :D then my A/C cuts out completely yesterday. I figured it was just too hot outside and it couldn’t keep up, but the A/C didn’t work at all, not even a little. By the time I got home I noticed the fan wasn’t running either and was like “wtf” (since I had just recently resolved my cooling issues) so I popped the hood and noticed there’s no coolant circulating as well anymore. I’ve read posts of similar issues of engine fan and A/C going out together and sometimes it’s a relay. Does anyone have any thoughts or experience on the matter? I know it could be a whole list of possibilities but my situation seems particular…I think it may all be related somehow because it all happened at the exact same time.

EDIT: I checked the fuses, they're all good. I have a relay in the passenger side fuse box that's incredibly hot to the touch. Right beneath f20 and f29. Above it reads RL2. Did some research but I can't figure out what it's really for and it won't pull out; I assume it's soldered in. I went to get a reading from the OBD port to see if the car would tell me anything and only ABS came back. No check engine or any other light on dash. Going to have my relays tested next. If they're all good I'm going to look towards the radiator and/or water pump. Be back with updates.
