Radiator System Smashed to Bits by Phantom Object?!?
 

We've owned a 2010 Mini Hardtop 6spd manual for about 3 months and it overheated yesterday. It was towed 3 hours to the closest dealer. Today they told us the radiator and radiator hose had been damaged and they will not cover the repairs to the car under warranty. We have never hit anything, nor heard a rock or object hit the car. We give our Mini the white glove treatment and CAN'T BELIEVE an object has torn through the front of the car without our knowledge. The repairs are $1560.00 on our brand new car. What is the deal here?

I'd want to see the "damage" I can't believe that there was no external damage to the grill ect to damage the radiator unless it came from the bottom of the car
