I recently bought a 2002 Cooper that has an annoying rattle from the rear hatch area when I drive on a bumpy road. Figured it would be an easy fix, but so far I'm stumped. I did some searching online and it turns out there was a Technical Service Bulletin issued late in 2002 that describes the problem and I assume offers some kind of fix. Trouble is, I don't know how to get a copy. Can one of you help please. It's Bulletin 410102. The same TSB also has an NHTSA number: 10000489.
