My daughter's 2006 Mini Cooper S overheated badly and blew a head gasket (at least). Obviously, this is going to be expensive. Does anyone have any recommendation for (or against) a repair shop in the Washington, DC area? Also, what should I expect to pay for the head gasket to be replaced? $1,000? $2,000, $3,000?
