Running low RPMs
 

Crazy as this sounds b/c I've driven a ton of manual shift cars. I tend to keep the rpm's down when I drive my cars. But this is the first supercharged car I've owned--'04 Cooper S--6 speed manual.
So is it ok to drive the car in 6th gear while keeping the rpm's low but without lugging it down?:confused:
Not sure if this will interfere with the supercharger or not. I'm new here too, so I"m curious to know.:D

since the s/c runs at idle you likely can't go lower then that ...
