Should I buy
 

I have a chance to get a 2002 Mini with only 19,500 miles. Has sat much of the last couple of years. Seems to handle well but need some work. Is not the S model but has many extras. Is very clean. There are some electrical issues. Passenger Pwr window is not working and front fog lights. I landscape and need a car for weekend and winter travel (skiing). I would get new rims and snows for the winter.

I might be able to get this car for about $5,000 Opinions?
