Sideways play in gearshift
 

Hi, first post. :)


I've recently had my 2015 Cooper serviced.


A couple of days later (so it might be unrelated) I noticed I could feel vibration from the gear stick and there is 20mm of sideways play in every gear...it just feels a bit sloppy.


Is this normal/acceptable? Car has 45K on the clock.
