Slow Throttle Response
 

I have recently purchased a 03 Copper S, Generally speaking I think it's a blast exept it seems odd to me that when you take your foot of the gas to down shift you don't need to blip the throttle as the revs drop real slow, Is this normal with the drive by wire or is something screwed up?
