Exclamation supercharger issues, rattle? I think we can stop it!

OK, Here is the big deal.

I need to know how many people out there would pay $500 for a set or water pump drive gears and the seals for their mini cooper S???

If i can find at least 20 people that need this "auxilary drive rebuild kit" then i will solve the biggest mini cooper s delima ever!!!! The DEATH RATTLE.

As everyone knows, the Death rattle occurs behind the rear housing of the superchargers when they loose their oil and the gears chomp through each other faster than a fat kid in cake.

The producer of the supercharger does not even allow mini cooper to sell the product, they do not sell the products, all they want is to sell a new unit, or you can try your luck with an old salvage (ive tried it) one for way more than 500$, at least!

So, if there is anyone out there with that engine rattle, supercharger rattle, odd rattle coming from under the hood, whatever you want to call it, let me know, lets get together and knock this thing out.

Problem Solved???? I think its up to us.....

respond with criticism, respond with good wishes even if you dont want to participate, whatever!! just spread the word so the only solution is not some crazy million dollar water pump, or replacing a supercharger just because of one bad seal or gear.

I don't have the death rattle....yet. But, I am interested in any kind of preventative maintenance.
