Total newbie here (see KOA-SEA 2006) with starter questions re: 2006 Mini Cooper S
 

What are the ʻRʻ numbers I see in posts, and how do I find out mine?
Where the heck is the trans fluid dipstick?
What is recommended trans service cycle?
I canʻt find any info in the manuals, except how to shift gears.
Are all Minis heavy on steering when stopped, or is this symptomstic of a service problem?
