Transmission problems
 

I have a 2006 Mini Cooper S convertible, automatic. Recently my Service Engine, Driving Stability, Flat Tire Monitor, EML and EP lights up on my dash. Hooked up to a On-Board-Diagnostic tool and code P0700 (transmission control system) shows up. The car only runs in a low gear and I can't drive past 30 mph. This morning my brake light, abs light and my pressure guage was flickering off and on. Does anyone have any advice. Already tried to reset, but worked for 15 miles and everything lit up again. Help!!!

My 2006 MINI S Convertible transmission slipped, took it in and had the better tires switched to the front and that worked for a couple of months. Replaced the worn tires. Today the transmission slipped again a couple of times.

What is the status of yours?
