Transmission Transfer Case By Pass hose

I need help from anybody who owns a 4wd Mini with manual transmission. I have been asked to supply a bypass stainless steel braided teflon hose with banjo fittings for
Minis like I do for Toyota Landcruisers FJ 40’s, 45’s, 55’s and 60’s.

To do this I need to know the distance between center of the fill plug on the transmission to the center of the fill plug on the transfer case. I need this on all the different drive trains there are on the minis so I know what length to make them.

the way you know you need a hose is when the transfer case seal fails allowing the oil from the transfer case to be pushed into the transmission. You can tell this when you remove the fill plug on the transmission, and oil comes out the fill plug. You will find the transfer case will be low. This can ruin the transfer case. And the excess oil can come out the front seal of the transmission putting oil all over the clutch. Oil on the clutch cause the clutch disc plate to crystalize, ruining the clutch. The correct fix is replace the seal. This adds a bit of insurance for when the seal fails.

the teflon hose resists heat and the SS braided hose protects the teflon inner hose.

shown below is an FJ40 transmission transfer case hose installed and the 12.75 hose by itself.
