Turbo issue?
 

I just bought my first Mini 09 S . looking forward to Killing cones with it. First I have to get it running right. I ran the codes and Im not getting anything to do with what my problem feels like it is. The car has no pick up . I have never driven a Cooper S before But I have drove small 2.0 litre and smaller turbo cars and they had alot more pickup . The car doesnt shift right . I think it is because its revving to high trying to get going. Soon as i burp the throttle it shifts, Then coughs and accelerates again. I checked all the ar hoses and found a little bit of oil in the where the air hhose goes behind the motor to the firewall . but not a lot and it is not smoking . But I really feel its a bad turbo . Its like it has no boost at all . So I am thinking its the turbo . fix that so it can accellerate normaly and the shift problem will go away. Any thoughts guys?
