I have a 2011 MINI Cooper S hard top. It has the upgraded Harmon Kardon sound system. Online it says that it has 10 speakers. However, I only count 8. I see two tweeters in the front beside the windshield, 4 speakers on the doors (driver and passenger), and 2 speakers in back on each side by the passengers. That's 8 speakers I count. Where the hell are the other two?

Also, online I found forums that say there is no subwoofer, but when I have a car audio expert listen to my system, he says there's a subwoofer hiding somewhere! We found the amp hidden in the back.

Any ideas?

 

There should be 4 tweeters, 2 midrange speakers, and 4 door woofers...as far as I know there is no dedicated subwoofer.
