Default Why is there two indicator lights when rear brakes are low?

Rotor on one side was gone, and so was the sensor on my 2006 S, with 73k. There was 2 lights, one I have struggled with and finally got it to go off, which is the brake pads warning, the one that has a reset button by the eBrake. There is another one, the circle with the dashed curved lines around the circle on each side. The front brakes look Ok, not close to be needing replacement. I only changed brakes and rotor on rear right, rear left is fine, both brakes and rotor.

Is there anything in the middle of the circle of the second warning light? Like this (!)?

the one that had something in the middle of the circle has been reset. This one is just a circle with dashed C on either side
