I'm trying to hear what the turbo spool up sounds like..I'm wondering how loud it is, any movie clips or can someone describe it? Is it a small spool up sound like an audi/vw or loud like an evo?

i know vw's 1000x better than minis and diesels 100x more than gassers but to get a louder turbo whistle your best bet is going to be puting either a larger down pipe or a more free flowing exhaust system ie no resonator and just a muffler or larger diameter pipeing... an intake especialy a cold air would give you a throatier throattle sound if it were a naturaly asperated vehical but sence it is turbod you will bennifit from a faster spool and a cold air of course wold drop the ambient temprature of the air the turbo is taking in.
