Hello all-
I am in the market for a MINI Cooper Hardtop 4 door, but after test driving...I think the seats are uncomfortable!
I see that they only offer lumbar support on the leather sport seats. I'm not keen on getting leather for a variety of reasons. I found a retrofit that folks seem to like on the leatherette sport seats.

I'm curious if anyone has ever added this type of support to a standard seat (not a leatherette sport seat)? I asked at OutMotoring and the dealership....but no one seems to be able to give me a definitive answer. OutMotoring thought yes...but wasn't sure and the dealership doesn't want me to DIY it and is just trying to get me to upgrade seats.

Curious to know if anyone has had this problem and tried something similar!
