Vinyl door panel covering
 

My adorable kids have managed to rip the "wallpaper" like covering on the lower portion of the interior door panel.

Are there kits to replace? Ideas? Looking for suggestions...

I know this is kind of old, but if it's not too difficult, maybe posting a pic will help...
