When I set the DRLs on my 2014 Paceman S, it activates the headlights. Are the headlights supposed to act as the DRLs?

 

The DRL are the headlights , both if you have halogen or xenon headlights.

You can get the new LED DRL lights ( that mount in the fog lights) . You have to have the factory fog light option. Have the dealership or shop turn off your factory DRL option and these will light up as the DRLs in the bumper. They are also LED fog lights. How they light up for example is on the side of the box.
